Cancellation Policy

Should you as the guest cancel any booked tour with Epic Tours South Africa, the following terms shall apply:

60 days prior to arrival – 100% refund.
30 days prior to arrival – 50% refund.
7 days prior to arrival – no refund will apply.

Please note that above refers to any amount that has been paid to Epic Tours South Africa, be it the deposit or the full amount of your booking.
